The chrome head is a collectors item, for now.
When it's due to work (supposedly in toribash 4.0), it's going to 'amplify' rendering effects on the given bodypart (in this case, the head).

Even if the chrome head is restocked, the price is due to get higher because it would actually work in toribash 4.0.
