The arms are pretty screwed up.
The legs are lifeless like pure said, and very out of porportion.
Hair line is screwed up. i think that the left jaw could be flatter and less curved
and the clothes are kinda in a awkward position
Like the face though
But coming from a drawing from you, you can do better then that.
