Sounds like a reasonable idea to me...


1.Members must be with the clan for 3months before having access to bank(ensure loyalty).

2.500tc to become a member of the bank.

3.Withdrawals set at 5000tc maximum.

4.All payback time frames will be discussed with leaders.

I'm just spit-balling here, but you get the idea. Any suggestions would be welcome
