Haha, it funny what comes to mind when you have a load of time.
Looks good so far, but it doesn't look exactly like him. Yet.

You should add some shading to the front of the hat so it looks more like a hat.
His cheeks are REALLY scaring me. Nothing to say about that since this was 'for the lulz'.
It would also look more like him if you added soft circles with the spam brush on his beard.
7/10 for it.
