I have a little question. why is wirrus acting bossy while he is not a leader ?

please dont misunderstand me. wirrus is one of my best friends in here and he knows that he is one of my favorite friends and oldest in this clan . but i just want to know. and also the word "bossy" isn't exactly what i mean but this is the only word that i know in english that might express what i want to say
