Okay, so a lot of you were probably confused by the recruitment thread that I made. Specifically, the rule about capitalization. I added that on there to ensure that whoever applied read the entire post and followed the rules. Makes sense, right? Well, 99% of the applicants completely overlooked that rule. If they overlook something as simple as that, who's to say that they'd follow the other rules?

That's what I thought. But you need to think of how annoying it is to do that.
