clanwars are not THAT important
for an unofficial clan it has to be #1 priority to stay alive and active, everything else is secondary
If it then finds the time and members to do a clanwar it can do one, but not before.
what I wanted to say with this is that you put too much priority on them, and that a clan can get away without clanwars for a looooooong time.
