Since avwave added this new feature yesterday. I have modified the unofficial clan and org boards. The first post is displayed on each page now. For now it's just to see how it works, but frankly I think it should be kept because, people will put effort into making shorter DSCs, and all threads in those boards contain threads where the OP is kept up-to-date.
