Remember using a mouse is a lot harder than a laptop due to the mouse moving.

On average i get around 60-75.

Basicly what im doing is holding the mouse with my right palm, then taking my left hand, use my left index and middle finger, then alteranate each. Then i take my right index and middle finger and do the same thing. Really effective. Ill post more shit when i feel like it
