Don't remember in which ep he gets the sword, I think I do know how he gets it, I remember the scene from the game, but the anime didn't follow the story at some points. (They even completely took out a certain event that triggers more things, I raged when I realized it was gone.) (Not to mention that I laughed through the last half of the last episode, it was so bad.)
