I think i stuffed up...

I made a bank account.. named Butler153.. because i wanted it to be mine... and i have 4k then i tried to withdraw 100TC from that bank and it said not enough money in that bank...

Did i make a bank with absoloutely no TC and i have to send the TC to my bank?
