~no "hi","Good morning","Any news" and "Sup" post
and we need be more little strict,like each member got 5 chance
every member,co-ldr,ldr get 5 chance
1. If you break the rules get 1 warn(Decrease 1 chance)
2. If you get banned, you get 2 warns(Decrease 2 chance's)
if your chance is nothing left or 0, you will be kicked from AoD 2 days, and if you wanna join again, you can re-apply
