People need to understand this shit. Arguing your religious beliefs and claiming them to be any more logical than that of another's would be like arguing over the chance of life existing elsewhere in the galaxy.

Debating helps you develop your own belief while taking other's into consideration. It also helps us understand other people.
Being too lazy to do that is a shame. You benefit from it, even if you fail to persuade someone.
