These are some ip's picked from some guys still not able to get connected (NinjaTori, Gugu and Alejandro). I guess there should be more.

Yes, it seems like toribash.com is blocked in Venzuella.

We've tested to access the site using our IP 176.9.64.19 and that works.

I can only speculate on why, Hugo Chavez has said they will start blocking sites they don't agree with and calling computer games "the main corrupting capitalist influences on young people today".

It could be part of a move in that direction.
