Added Alai to the teachers list.

I will eventually send all active teachers a RSO Teachers only armband (Once I make it, lool). Any student that I find with the arm band (going into the teachers active inventory and stealing the text) will be kicked from RSO and will no longer post here. Deal with it bru's.
