Go on IRC, we have a channel there #ToriWorld, send PM to some ppl, go in game look for them, organize.
If you find someone, duel him multiply times (until you or him get sick of it XD), as long as you find at least one player from Hanzo province and you're winning, you're good.

I can't look for ppl you need to duel for you.

Also try #Toribash IRC channel, lots of ppl are there, maybe you'll find those thugs also.
