The replay got slowly better as it went on, but i have to say i agree with avengd. It looked pretty holdy and seemed like very few joints moved at a time.
To improve your replays try moving more joints per turn, using shift+p to opnly progress 1 frame at a time and relaxing any insignificant joints and seeing how that works out.
