OH haha. I sprained my wrist yesterday jumping of my roof. There was this kid below me and i was trying to dodge him and it got me off focus of how I was supposed to land . But yeah I can hardly move it...have any of you sprained your wrists? If so, how long did it take to heal? The inablility to pick anything up is KILLING ME.
