I tried putting a force to it but it didnt work so well. The parts all flew apart. I have no clue how you could make the cars roll but I bet you can do it.
make friction -2 make gravity 0 0 0.5 and then put force. engage distence should be pretty far too...
also here is the car mod but with the heads inside the window so it looks like there driving...
