I like the free-form application and the fact that you seem like someone who really want's to join us for a reason, but could you fill in the proper application ?
Everyone else has to do it so you can just edit your application.

I say yes anyway as i know your ability ingame and have seen your activity on the forums on your previous accounts. I don't like the fact that you have scammed before but if you could promise to not do anything like this again im sure we can look past that.
