This entire thread seems dedicated to me. Im off for a spell, real life shit to do for the next few months because of OCD landlord and me being caught in the middle, the less said the better. Dont ever rent a place without a tenancy agreement and dont rent from family, that is the only advice i can possibly give for you young adults.
