Yeah, if you guys want to recruit people, you're supposed to send them here, tell them to fill out an application, and also reply to this thread saying that you recruited them, and why. I don't necessarily blame you guys for not doing this up until now because I don't think I explicitly said to, but I now expect you guys to do it!
