Shovellers, I haven't found a counter for it yet.. but it's just a move that usually helps you win...
The people themselves find it easier to earn TC in tournaments and stuff maybe...
I once countered a shovel, it wasn't too hard but you gotta know what joints to move or you're shoveled...
I got it by luck though.. clicking a bunch of joints until the time is up.. lol

/offtopic: I was in a Judo Tourney today and almost got dq'd but i found a way and i basicall turned around but doing a backflip whilst grabbing the other dude and dq'd him
