Relax all the unused, unneeded joints. (RA creed - relaxing all, every turn's beginning, to be more fluid, have more possibillities, etc./ so no overholding or overforcing joints, if they are not needed = if you can do that with relax too - do it with relax, it looks better)
and work on your sp, try editing replays more, to get better results.
