5. Do not require or mention post counts when deciding whether or not to accept new members. Any post which may encourage someone to increase their post count is punishable.
6. The contents of a clan bank are considered to belong to the body of the clan. Clan's TC is not for personal use. If you decide to donate, specify in a post what and who the TC is for. The members of a clan are responsible for picking trustworthy bankers, the bankers should not break that trust.

If you want a new founder within your clan, you must send 10,000 more tc to a clan mod to make a new toriclan. Another way a founder can leave is by deleting the toriclan.
