You would need to apply. Most relaxallians are no longer interested in this org, because as a group we like to use openers sometimes (though I always improv). Go ahead and apply if you want. Just be aware of two things. 1: openers are not tolerated in this org. Improv in general is listed as a requirement for all tiers. 2: You will be the only relaxallian in this org, and therefore must represent with maximum awesome if you join it ;P
