You seriously can't find anything good in 3.4? Since you are that fucking stupid let me tell you.

People have been asking for user created rooms for years.
You can now mute people if you are admin.
You can easily make people admins without giving out a pass that could get told to everybody.
Don't like a mode that's up? Make your own room!
