Uh...I need some help with this:

I know I need to update my driver's...so I did the Dxdiag:


And tried to update it...(Downloading programs,Control Panel...)
But didn't work.
This problem started when was released the 3.91 version...before this one(3.8 and 3.9),it was working correctly.
