Chrisfinne, just think about this... If it were the real hunger games, how would this event work? It's not like you can all join in something at once etc...
Also, the DM/fracthreshold stays the same unless it takes a ridiculously long time for someone to DM/frac, if i takes too long, I lower it.. there has to be a winner..
