Rules for Dm's and Frac.- The Following Match
1. if a major body part is fractured, for example, the shoulder, only the shoulder should be relaxed. the wrist and elbow should be able to move.
2. if a major body part is dismembered, that arm is completely immobile.
3. if an unmajor body part is injured, for example, the wrist, the wrist should be relaxed, and the other parts of the arm are able to function.

Overall Rule: NO winner unless there is a decap.
