Hello, since the guy who made my head texture is inactive i hav a problem.

i want a recolour of my acutally head :

I want the red hair in gold colour yellow and these red clips in black, the eye colour from blue to dark red. (eyes only if possible.)
i hope anyone is good enough to make a good recolour with low or no quality lose..
(also actually the maximum i can pay is 9k. maybe ill can get more money, not sure.)
