It's the switch for the button, same happened to my Copperhead (RIP)

You can either give it a poke with some electrical contact cleaner (isopropyl with a fancy name) or if Razer do replacement kits for it you could get a new board. Not sure which ones they do replacements for & CBA checking. But yeah, it happens, switch problem, can be fixed.

Just don't rage smash it... RIP Copperhead.
