Alright. So far I've found 4 users who haven't sent presents.
They've all been banned for a week.

Because it is terribly unfair I'll see what I can do to fix this up.

What I'm going to try to do:
Find presents given to the 4 selfish users. Send the presents from their accounts to you guys' accounts. That way it's as if the circle simply missed them.
Sound good? Again, no promises but I'll see if I can make that happen.
