Actually i don't cut rectangles i cut different ahape moving the selection around the lines. Then if necessary i use the clone tool. A body part has more then 10 layers usually. Thx foe advice bendover, in my next set i'll come up with somthing different, maybe even draw it myself...but unfortunately i lack the time and a grafic table

Not having a graphic tablet* affects nothing with art. I use a mouse for almost all of my art (broke my tablet quite a while ago xD), quite easy still, just takes a little bit longer, but not too much. Just learn to use the pen tool quite a bit and also keep a straight line with the mouse itself that way it is more accurate when free drawing.
