And guys, about testing, I will open a new rule:
If someone wants to be a tester, he should apply for it because there's some people that ask their friends to join and they tell us to test them and they accept them even without the test. Tester application form is in the first post as well. You should be a member in the org atleast in 1 month to apply to be a tester or your application will be denied.
