Hey, basically going through your things point by point...
1. Yeah, 1 clan leader would have to run it, easier that way, less bickering if I can talk to one person to sort everything

3. The mods are susceptible to change. As the OP says, a week is given after the signup period in order to orgnise everything, so there'll be plenty of notice.
ON THAT NOTE: I wouldn't start getting your teams together just yet, for that reason
ALSO ALSO ALSO; I'm thinking of upping the contestant number from 16 to 32 as this is getting much more interest than I thought, so please keep posting signups if your clan wishes to enter and if there's a lot of you, I'll try and find a way to make it work :]
