The newer "magma" colour seemed much more appropriate.
Not trying to make it hugely realistic, so much as just a bit different.

Made the teeth lighter, made a darker chin and bottom area
Can definitely see where I need to "dirty" the lines, just below the teeth looks horrendous :U
EDIT:
Used the airbrush to "dirty" up some of the edges and I think it kinda worked
