It changes everything, including the website you go to, into well gangster speak, and it is fucking hysterical. It is one of those things that can entertain you for hours. I seached Obama, and went to his website I the middle of class, I laughed so hard I couldn't breath and everyone stared at me. Try it. I got hobo and Internet to and they were laughing their asses off as much as I was.
