Jojo's Bizarre Adventure All Star Battle
JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle (ジョジョの奇妙な冒険 オールスターバトル JoJo no Kimyō na Bōken: Ōru Sutā Batoru?) is an upcoming fighting game based on Hirohiko Araki's manga series, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. It is being developed by CyberConnect2 and will be published by Namco Bandai Games for PlayStation 3 in 2013.[1] The game was the winner of the 2012 "Japan Game Awards".
The game will be sold as both a standard edition and a limited edition "Gold Experience Box" (黄金体験BOX(ゴールド・エクスペリエンスボックス) Gōrudo Ekusuperiensu Bokkusu?), which contains a gold plate etching of Giorno Giovanna and his Stand Gold Experience, a figure statue of Jotaro Kujo and his Stand Star Platinum, and the game's original soundtrack on a CD resembling the power of the Stand Whitesnake. Both first pressings of the standard and limited editions include a memo pad designed to look like Part 4 supporting character Hayato Kawajiri under the thrall of Rohan Kishibe's Heaven's Door Stand and a download code to access the character Yoshikage Kira.[2]
Plot:
The game will feature an "unconventional story mode", however exact story details are not presently known. Despite this, the reveal trailer indicated that the first seven parts of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure manga would be represented in the game somehow.[3] Shōnen Jump later published a featurette showing that the game would also include characters and stages from the eighth part of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, JoJolion.
Gameplay:
JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle is a 3D fighting game akin to Tekken and Dead or Alive in which two fighters engage on a 2D plane with the ability to side-step a full 360 degrees around their opponent. Much like other fighting games, the game also includes a traditional set of status bars for the characters including the standard health bar which is depleted when attacked, as well as a guard bar which causes the characters guard to break when depleted, and a "Heart Heat" bar that, when full, allows characters to unleash more powerful "Heart Heat Attacks" much like traditional fighting game "Super Moves."[3]
The game will also feature a "Style" button which acts much like the Stand button from Capcom's previous Jojo's Bizarre Adventure arcade game, allowing characters to activate their special powers, changing the way in which the character's attacks work and affect their opponent. As characters who do not possess Stands will be featured in the game, this button will activate the character's Ripple powers when appropriate, and other possible abilities including a horse and the Spin in the case of Gyro Zeppeli and Johnny Joestar.

So as you can see, they're pretty much putting everything they have into this game - If you don't know anything about JoJo's bizarre adventure, I don't blame you.
There was about only two OVAs until the new series came out (Covering the first parts of the manga, and they pretty much only covered part 1 and part 3 of the manga, but there's about 9(or

parts of the manga, not to mention the fact that it started in '87(Or so) and ended in '04.
Basically the series is about how the Joestar family(Or a related member) has to fight or act because of something indirectly(or directly) caused by Dio Brando.
There was already two games based on the series, but one of them was a RPG on the super famicon, and the other was an AWESOME fighting game(following part 3) made for the arcades, dreamcast, and Ps1.(HD Ver. released later on Xbox 360 arcade and Ps3.)
Also famous for spreading the "WRRRRRRYYYYYYY" meme.
Funfact: Part 4 of the manga series was the main inspiration for Persona 4.
