Well, since we have plenty of members now, I'm going to change up the recruitment process.

From now on, you get accepted by getting 3 + yes's. You get rejected by getting 3 + no's. Each no cancel out each yes. Vise versa. So if I guy gets 2 yes's, and then he gets 1 no, get still has to get 2 MORE yes's. You need a +3 or -3 to get accepted/rejected.

So vote away minions. I'll stay neutral on this one.
