That's why, when you play counter attack, always do targeted attack, to do critical damage to opponent and by that gain advantage when you, later doesn't have any response. When you do critical damage to his limbs, all his attacks that use those limbs are low and medium. If you damage his ability to block (his block mod halved), you also gain advantage.
