The highest tier possible should be to players who have played wushu for a long damn time and have consistently been awesome. They've inspired others to be better players, they rose the bar of wushu, and they consistently prove to be a challenge for anyone who plays them in wushu.
The problem I have with our current system is that guys who are not active or in shape are up there in tier 1. If xhiba, brucia, etc. are up there, guys like me and deut should have a shot, which is a flaw that needs to be fixed. If tier 1 is going to be as 1337 as that, to only take the greatest wushuers ever, who have years of experience, they need to be tested monthly or w.e. to ensure the integrity of the tier. Also, if our applications bring about change to the tiers that's actually kinda cool.
