I've been neglecting this a lot, sorry 'bout that guys. I'm thinking about just removing this whole "active period" business entirely, because at the moment it's largely dependent on me and/or Oblivion to advance it every week. Thing is, it's such a small thing that i keep forgetting it!

An alternative to removing it could be to evenly distribute the dates of the month among recruiters, or at least as evenly as possible. This will likely result in some recruiters having a single day more than some others, which i hope isn't TOO unreasonable. What do y'all say to this?
