That's a good sketch so far, but instead of the big eye on the back, maybe add more eyes that fit the ones around the main one. It would be great if you could change the main eye in the front so it is sideways as well.

If possible, the main eye should be a little bigger, try not to make eyes that go up, I would prefer them sideways.
