Poliwrath could beat Lucario and Mewtwo easily. Poison Jab, Earthquake, Waterfall, and Dynamicpunch. Lucario's only super-effective move on Poliwrath is Psychic, and its special attack is usually low. Meanwhile Poison Jab and Waterfall would obliterate him. Mewtwo is more on chance, if you can land the Dynamicpunch and it confuses Mewtwo, game over. Spam Waterfall and win.
