It depends of which region you would like to sign-up in...: There's the region of Fluttershy(EU West), there's a specific link for it. And there's the region of me and mercykiller(EU Nordic & East), also there's a specific link for it. And there's some few more regions but i suggest you with one of those because it has the best ping You just tell me which region you want and I give you a working link.

Also DotA 2 and LoL are totally the same but about the abilities, there's main passives which DotA doesn't have. And about HoN... I don't know that game
