I am looking for a demonic/psychopathic colourful set, this will be my permanent look so I would like it to be as creepy and psychopathic as you can make it (especially the face).

I need it to be 512x, and WIPS would make you sexy ;),
I will be paying somewhere around 40-50k.
Choose what colours you want as long as I have the QI for it.
