Maybe you exceeded the length on one of the sounds. Try changing them, then deleting the inside of your customs, and start over. As I remember, when I exceeded the length on one of my sounds it didn't even want to upload. But whatever it is, its probably not the new toribash version being a di**, since the others work until you used the sounds.
