Ya they are supported. We just cannot refund people with real money since we are no paypal administratiors. Common sense applies. We will ban, we will refund with items and tc from scammer, sometimes even from shopadmin.
If you want to initiate a transaction with someone you don't know ask an msquad member or smod to background check the user to make sure he is no known scammer.
