If it's in a tourney, and you're about to go up, you can constantly keep nudging yourself down so you never have to fight. You'll end up in finals. That, or other people will start doing it once they find out you nudged down, and the entire server will end up nudging and nothing will get done.
Only in public servers. Also, there should be a certain limit so that it isn't abused.(although I don't see how it would annoy anyone)
If I'm an admin, I can already nudge down myself anyway BTW.
